Leading a delegation of 54 members, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Friday left for New Delhi for a three-day state visit to India. This is Oli’s first foreign tour after taking office.

Defence Minister Ishwar Pokharel, Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Gokarna Bista, Education Minister Giriraj Mani Pokharel, CPN-UML vice-chairman Bamdev Gautam, deputy general secretary Bishnu Poudel, former speaker Subas Nemwang and the secretaries of various ministries of the Government of Nepal were present at the airport to see off the Prime Minister.

PM Oli boarded the Nepal Airlines Corporation flight at 9am this morning and will land at New Delhi-based Indira Gandhi International Airport at 10:45 am.

PM Oli’s spouse Radhika Shakya, Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Raghubir Mahaseth, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Matrika Yadav and PM Chief Political advisor Bishu Rimal among others will accompany the Prime Minister during the visit.
